Producer Toolbox (PTB) is a web platform built for insurance brokers to manage clients, quotes, commissions, and task workflows. After evaluating the product’s usage patterns, I redesigned the experience to include AI-powered assistance that helps brokers work faster, follow up more effectively, and make better revenue-driven decisions.
My Role: As Principal Product Designer, I researched broker workflows, designed AI-powered quick actions, and optimized navigation patterns — reducing task completion time by an estimated 60–70%. I also developed smarter dashboards with AI-assisted insights to enhance overall user experience.

Why AI?
Brokers manage multiple policies, clients, renewals, and quotes while tracking commissions and follow-ups. This often leads to:
